Adelaide Fringe is the biggest arts festival in the Southern Hemisphere! For 4 weeks of magical summer days and nights, Fringe transforms Adelaide and greater South Australia. The festival stretches from Whyalla all the way across the state to Naracoorte, with eclectic and vibrant events that include cabaret, theatre, comedy, circus, music, visual arts, workshops and so much more.
Fringe Festival's audiences range from 1 to 100+ years old, and come from all walks of life. This variety also pertains to the diverse array of artists and venues, which are at the heart of everything they do.

JuneAdelaide Cabaret Festival 2026
The Adelaide Cabaret Festival is an annual festival commencing on the Queen’s Birthday long weekend each June.
Now in its 26th year and the biggest festival of its kind, Adelaide Festival Centre's Adelaide Cabaret Festival has become a major event in the international and Australian arts calendar.
The festival has garnered a reputation for highlighting the best local, national and international artists through an eclectic program of classic and contemporary cabaret performances.

OctoberAdelaide Film Festival 2027
The biennial Adelaide Film Festival is considered one of Australia’s most distinctive and innovative.
Every two years, AFF screens the very best of contemporary Australian and international feature films, documentaries, short films and virtual reality productions and premieres screen projects made with the support of the Adelaide Film Festival Investment Fund.
Also known as the ‘friendly festival’, Adelaide Film Festival is renowned for welcoming filmmaker guests and patrons from around Australia and the globe.
